Practice:
Tim has an active property tax litigation practice. He plays a vital role in the tax appeal process. Some of the most important elements of this process occur pre-trial. Mr. Boulos appears before Tax Court Judges on behalf of many of the firm’s clients. He supports our clients’ positions by engaging in fact finding missions and assisting with the discovery process. Furthermore, Mr. Boulos understands the importance of visiting the subject property under tax appeal to fully appreciate all facets of the property in order to be prepared for any issues that may arise.
Mr. Boulos seeks to work with our adversaries to try to reach an agreement as to the fair market value of the subject property. He attends settlement conferences and engages taxing jurisdictions with meaningful and persuasive proposals so that our clients’ interests may be advanced.
